Our Firm
The Armistad Law Firm is located in the historic downtown district of Brookhaven, Mississippi at the address of 225 South Railroad Ave. From 2005 until 2009, the practice was operated as McMurtray & Armistad. After the retirement of Patrick McMurtray in 2009, it operated as the Armistad Law Firm.
The Armistad Law Firm practices in the areas of personal injury, school law, and mass tort litigation. The firm also represents seven (7) school districts and serves as hearing officer for many school districts throughout the state of Mississippi.
